Thank you for shopping at Green Banana Flour. We value your satisfaction and strive to provide the highest quality products. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
Due to the nature of our food products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items for health and safety reasons.
If your item is unopened and in its original condition, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible:

The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

It must be in the original packaging.

You must provide proof of purchase.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent or product damaged in transit).
Refunds
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

You received the wrong item.

Your order arrived damaged.

The product was defective or spoiled upon delivery.
To request a refund, email us at sales.ph@cornerstone2019.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include:

Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to get a different product, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After this window, we cannot guarantee changes due to our fulfillment schedule.
